TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

Welcome to USA Publishers Hub. These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules for using our website and purchasing our publishing and author-support services. By submitting an inquiry, approving a quotation, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms and to any written proposal, invoice, or service agreement provided for your project.

Our Services

USA Publishers Hub provides publishing-related services that may include ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, illustrations, publishing setup, distribution support, audiobook production, author websites, book trailers, marketing, public relations, and reader outreach.

The exact services, pricing, revision limits, and estimated timeline for each project will be stated in the quotation, invoice, package, email confirmation, or separate written agreement.

Project Scope and Quotations

Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared, including manuscript length, project complexity, selected services, formats, and turnaround requirements.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, such as major rewrites, new design concepts, additional formats, extra illustrations, or added marketing work, may require additional payment and a revised delivery timeline.

Payments

Clients must make payments according to the schedule stated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Depending on the project, full payment, a deposit, or milestone payments may be required before work begins or continues.

Work may be paused when a required payment is overdue. Third-party expenses, including printing, advertising, stock images, platform fees, or other external costs, may be charged separately when applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complete project files, clear instructions, timely feedback, and the permissions needed to use all submitted content.

The client must review manuscripts, covers, formatting, metadata, and other files carefully before final approval or publication. USA Publishers Hub is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client or caused by incorrect information supplied by the client.

Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project will be stated in the selected package or written agreement. Revisions are reasonable adjustments to work prepared within the approved project direction.

A completely new concept, major change in direction, replacement of approved content, or work requested after final approval may require an additional fee. Approval may be provided by email, message, or another written communication method.

Timelines and Delays

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific deadline is guaranteed in writing. Timelines may change because of client delays, additional revisions, missing files, payment delays, technical issues, or third-party platform processing times.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete each project within the estimated schedule and communicate significant delays when possible.

Ownership and Submitted Content

Authors retain ownership of their original manuscripts, stories, ideas, characters, and other creative materials. Submitting material to USA Publishers Hub does not transfer copyright ownership unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise.

Clients confirm that they own or have permission to use all text, photographs, illustrations, quotations, lyrics, trademarks, audio, and other materials supplied for the project. The client is responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, plagiarism, or permission disputes relating to submitted content.

Publishing Platforms and Distribution

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Google Books, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and other retailers or distributors. USA Publishers Hub is an independent service provider and does not control these platforms.

Each platform controls its own approval process, file requirements, account policies, printing standards, royalties, processing times, listing availability, and distribution decisions. We cannot guarantee that every platform or retailer will approve, stock, display, or promote a book.

Marketing, Reviews, and Results

Marketing and promotional services are intended to support visibility, branding, and reader outreach. Results vary according to the book, genre, audience, budget, timing, competition, platform, and market conditions.

USA Publishers Hub does not guarantee sales, profit, media coverage, reviews, ratings, rankings, or bestseller status. Reader reviews must be voluntary and reflect the reader’s honest opinion. We do not guarantee positive reviews or control reviewer feedback.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the written project agreement, the amount of work completed, and any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Completed, delivered, approved, published, printed, advertised, or externally purchased services are generally non-refundable. When a refund is approved, the value of completed work and non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from the amount paid. Any separate written refund policy or signed agreement will take priority over this general section.

Confidentiality and Project Files

We take reasonable steps to protect unpublished manuscripts and confidential project information. Materials may be shared with trusted editors, writers, designers, illustrators, narrators, developers, marketers, contractors, or service providers only when access is reasonably needed to complete the project.

Clients should keep their own backup copies of manuscripts and final files. No website, email system, or online storage service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Limitation of Responsibility

USA Publishers Hub is responsible for providing the services described in the agreed project scope. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, platform decisions, retailer rejection, printing or shipping delays, account suspensions, client-provided errors, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. A separate signed agreement will control if it conflicts with these general website terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, website, pricing, platform requirements, or business practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Changes will not normally alter the agreed scope of an active paid project unless both parties agree in writing or a change is required by law.
